It seems to be a perennial question that crops up either side of summer. Does the logistics industry suffer from too many events, thus diluting interest? Having attended Transport Logistic and Materials Handling Middle East, this journalist at any rate has been quite relieved to get back to his desk.
But do you think that the shows you have visited over the last month or so have added any value for you, or have you been disappointed by the attendance levels. Will you continue to exhibit in the future, or do you think this is an expense you can happily do without next year?

Too many logistics events?
In my opinion there can never be too many events. Each event is unique and an opportunity to learn more about the industry, technology etc. My only dilema becomes the location where the events are held, as we all cannot travel to every single one of them. Keep them coming, it helps us industry professionals develop ourselves further.

Logistics Industry will decide!
Materials Handling Middle East (MHME) exhibition and conference has been delivering results in the region since 2001. Latest edition (2009) received very positive feedback from both the exhibitors and visitors alike. In a case of competition, MHME is standing strong by keeping the show frequency bi-annual as it's always been and preferred by the key players. The Logistics Industry has been supporting MHME and will weigh the challengers accordingly.
