As Manhattan Associates' new partner in the Middle East, LogCubes will be hoping to bring tried and tested software excellence to the region's supply chains. Arabiansupplychain.com spoke to Rami Ghandour, LogCubes' director.
What are you offering companies in the region?
We’ve been set up in the Middle East for about nine months. Our objective is to offer supply chain IT services, consultancy, extended enterprise management and transport management. We’re dedicated to providing IT supply chain solutions within the warehouse and also on the planning side as well, like demand planning and forecasting.

Why did you attend the Materials Handling Middle East show?
For us, it was a great opportunity to officially launch our services. LogCubes is a new company but the product we are offering is not. What we’ve decided to do is bring Manhattan Associates to the region. Already we have four or five clients and we are planning to announce a major new customer in the next few weeks.
Which clients are you already working with?
The legacy users of Manhattan in the Middle East are Panda in Saudi Arabia , Al Shirawi Group in Dubai, Alshaya in Kuwait, and the Sultan Centre in Kuwait. These are all existing clients and have been using Manhattan’s solutions for some time. Most of these companies are also in the process of adding facilities as well, which proves that our software and team are working well with the clients.
You have a good spread of clients – where do you expect your focus is going to be?
The type of application we offer is very specialised – and being so specialised, we are attracting clients from all over the Middle East. That’s important, because we’re not going to be able to find 10 clients in, says, the UAE market over the course of a single year. We have to source our clients from all over the region.
