Position 41: Pierre Beaudoin, president and CEO at Bombardier
Following his move from Bombardier’s marine products and snowmobile divisions to its aerospace sector in 2001, Pierre Beaudoin is regarded as a significant figure in the development of Bombardier Aerospace.
The division is currently the world’s third largest civil aircraft manufacturer and with products such as the Challenger 300 aircraft and Learjet models, the company has helped to shape the region’s lucrative on-demand air travel industry.
Over the next 20 years, Bombardier forecasts demand for 12,400 aircraft in the 20 to 149-seat market.
This segment of the industry is expected to generate US$588.6 billion in total revenue.
