Air Arabia Maroc opens Swiss ticket office

Air Arabia’s Morocco hub has opened a sales office in Switzerland.

AVIAREPS will act as the low-cost carrier’s general sales agent (GSA), handling all sales marketing and ticketing activities on behalf of the airline.

The Zurich-based office will offer customers a multilingual call centre and will be managed by AVIAREPS Swiss subsidiary Airlinecentre.

On October 25, Air Arabia Maroc started new services to Basel, operating two flights a week with an Airbus A320.

The airline currently provides direct flights from its base in Casablanca to the cities of Marseilles, Brussels, Paris, Lyon, Milan, Bologna, Barcelona, Istanbul and Amsterdam.
