Aviation and fashion have always enjoyed a close relationship – from the mini-skirted air stewardesses of the sixties, right up to this year’s Burberry aviator jacket, seen on the catwalk at Fashion Week. Over the last decade a trend has also emerged for airlines to commission some of the world’s top fashion designers to create stylish cabin crew uniforms. But how effective has this been? Skyscanner has published its top 10 most stylish airlines, based on the results of a recent survey with 500 users. ArabianSupplyChain.com takes a look at the ranking, which includes entries by Qatar Airways, British Airways, Air France, Aeroflot and Jet Airways.

Something must be wrong
Folks, with all due respect to carriers such as Iberia, Alitalia and Jet Airways - I used them all - this can not be a representative poll as Emirates and Etihad are missing. And even with LH (the so Nr. 10) compare the EK Lounges at DXB or anywhere, or EK, compare the cabin interior, see the conectivity this poll is wrong. I am not saying it is not represent what the voters voted, but useless as it gives such a wrong picture. I would see EK, ET, GF and TK in the top ten league for sure. Just my thoughts.

I don't understand !!!! Qatar airways doesn't even have a dedicated terminal nor a good uniform..and the air rafts doesn't have theme paintings like Etihad ... No dedicated amenities supplier like Emirates(Bvlgari).. No 380 ..no much destinations .no serious brand marketing nor any brand stores like Emirates... Yet they win a style award???? And funny not to see Emirates nor Etihad in the list...bcoz they are the best middle east carriers..after all imitations can only be imitations...After all I believe that Qatar should have a feeling of how it feels to be number one.at in such influenced fabricated surveys..but ITP should have shown some standard by not publishing it..

Oh please! Qatar Airways is more stylish that AirFrance!? Get a life, people! The only reason AF didn't win this is the word "arabian" in the name of this publication. EXTREMELY biased!
