yes, me too having same feelings that such a huge number of applicants are waiting for their candidature in UAE firms to be hired. there is real big game out there, would go soon to visit and may be I would be just another guy in UAE IT companies seeking Online Marketing career.

Oversupply in the logistics industry
In my experience, whenever there is a job advertised there are hundreds of applications. This tells me that there is an oversupply of qualified candidates wanting to come into the region. I'm interested though to hear how other firms handle this deluge of applications.
