CILT–UAE in collaboration with Wisdom Business School announced the launching of the International Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Transport – Level 6 programme.

What is the CILT Level 6 International Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Transport? The Advanced Diploma bridges the gap between the undergraduate level of the Professional Diploma and the postgraduate standard of a Master’s Degree. It is designed to develop knowledge and understanding of strategic issues, tools and techniques.

Who is the CILT Level 6 International Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Transport intended for? This qualification is designed for individuals already working within the logistics and transport profession, typically in middle management.

What does it cover? The CILT Level 6 International Advanced Diploma in Logistics & Transport covers: Logistics and Transport-Strategic Context, Leadership and Strategic Management; Strategic Network Planning; Delivering Strategic Performance; Research Methods and Professional Project.

What entry qualifications do I need? Studying for the CILT Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Transport is a logical progression for those candidates who have already completed the CILT Level 5 Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport. However, previous completion of the CILT Level 5 Professional Diploma is not a prerequisite and direct entry is allowed based on the educational and professional background of the individual concerned.

When to start? Scheduled to start on 10th February 2013. (Early Bird Offer closes on 31st Jan. 2013).

Schedule and Timing: Evening: Sunday to Wednesday from 1800H–2100H & Weekend: Fridays/ Saturdays from 0900H–1600H.

Course Fee: $6,000 + $50 Registration Fee.

Assessment: Assessment by the Institute Assessment Route is by two set assignments per unit, excluding Unit ADLT 05 which will be assessed on the submission of a Professional Project.
