The winners of Skytrax?s World Airport Awards 2012 were announced at the recent Passenger Terminal Expo in Vienna, with the results based on 12.08 survey responses completed by over 100 different nationalities. While the Middle East failed to crack the top 10 on a global level, Skytrax did include a separate top 10 specifically for the region, with entries from the airports in Dubai, Muscat, Doha, Abu Dhabi and Beirut, amongst others.
