CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport) launched its new initiative programme, 'Women in Logistics in UAE & GCC Region' at the Emirates Aviation College in Dubai. The aim of the programme is to encourage more women to join the logistics industry by participating in discussions, workshops and events. More than 200 people attended the event and instantly welcomed the initiative, recognising the importance of encouraging more women to join the logistics and supply chain industry.
